Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 28, 2026. This page details the terms governing fee refunds at Priyadarshi IAS Academy.

1. General Policy

Priyadarshi IAS Academy maintains a fair refund policy. As an institution founded on trust, mission, and accessibility, we seek to balance candidate requirements and administrative prep scheduling.

2. Timeline & Eligibility

Fees paid towards standard civil service, WBCS, and general government exam coaching programs are refundable based on the following schedule:

  • Within 7 days of batch joining: 100% tuition fee refund (excluding registration fees and GST, if applicable).
  • Within 30 days of batch joining: 50% tuition fee refund.
  • Beyond 30 days of batch joining: Fees are completely non-refundable as class resources are permanently allocated.

3. Scholarship & Materials Deduction

Any student who has received subsidised or scholarship admission and seeks to withdraw will not be eligible for a refund on any partial fees paid. Additionally, the cost of printed books and booklets (at market price value) will be deducted if materials have already been issued to the candidate.

4. Application Submission

Refund requests must be sent via written email application to info@priyadarshiias.com with matching fee receipt records. The administrative committee reviews and processes refunds within 14 working days of approval.
